Venture Business Park

Venture Business Park is a brand new eight-acre re-development located on Weir Lane off the Bromwich Road in southwest Worcester, 2.5 miles from Junction 7 of the M5 motorway. It comprises the New Venture Enterprise Centre (fourteen entrepreneurial starter units of 700 sq ft and 1,440 sq ft), the New Venture House office complex, and the Stock N Lock Self Storage Centre (for business and domestic customers), which opens in September 2012.
